#RX4Style Takeover at Essence Festival with Dr. Miracles Curl Care Brand

This past weekend during the Essence Festival in New Orleans, Naturally Happy Hair Magazine had the opportunity to partner with Dr.Miracles and Curl Care By Dr. Miracles brands to power the bloggers corner at #RX4Style. Naturally Happy Hair’s blogger corner featured Aevin Jude, Guinness Book record holder for the world's largest afro, Trudy Susan of 4C Hair Chicks, Latonya aka Curly Hue of Red StickNaturals, Chenese Lewis of cheneselewis.com, Tiffany Davis of Natural Hair In the Media, Nikka Shae of Ohnikka.com and of course Publisher Crystal Knight and Editor-In-Chief Chimere Norris, of Naturally Happy Hair Magazine.

During the #Rx4style Lounge guests were treated to complimentary customized and tasty cocktails, savory New Orleans food provided by the Bellocq Lounge,  caricature drawings to capture their experience in the lounge and most importantly a chance to get a personal hair consultation, styling session and hair product prescription from the Curl Care by Dr. Miracles and Dr. Miracles line.

The event was hosted by singer Honey LaRochelle and featured guest hairstylist and Bravo's Fashion Queen host Derek Jae, along with Jasmine of The Jasmine Brand.  A plethora of reality TV celebs, and authors also stopped through the lounge to get their #RX4Style.

The natural beauties who visited the lounge were in for a huge treat! One by one their tresses were transformed into beautiful, shiny and healthy looking styles with the Curl Care By Dr. Miracles line by stylist Craig Carter of craighcarterhairstylist.com, Lena Pinkston, Beauty Director of KONTROL Magazine and Ed Jones of D’ International Hair Affair of Dallas.
